Well, that’s all Logistics. Logistics basically links all the flow of goods between the point of origin to the point of consumption. In this special session, participants will understand the concept behind Logistics and its link to supply and demand and what strategies can be used to ensure there is a reduction on cost to obtain maximum profit, the training will provide a general explanation of the impact of logistics, which will help the participant to understand some issues involved when applying logistics system with the logistical channel.
