Creativity and Innovation in the Workplace

Being different is though, especially in an organization notorious for being bound by rules and regulations which does not encourage change. However, change is inevitable. With driving forces such as increasing global competition and market, an organization should be able to think outside of the box as more challenging issues emerge.

Creative thinking is one way to maneuver around these challenges and move forward in the operations of an organization. Further this can be enhanced through innovations by building on existing ideas and turning it into something useful and current. It has been proven that by promoting a creative environment, there will be an increased engagement, staff morale, passion, motivation, problem-solving capability, and productivity among the members of the organization.
