2,999.99 299.99

A project is a temporary task bounded by a specific timeline and budget with a specific set of tasks and deliverables. The early use of project management focused on the completion of unique projects focusing heavily on compliance to budgets and schedules. It requires a combination of skills, knowledge, tools and techniques in order to effectively and efficiently meet project requirements. Today, project management has been organic in many companies, allowing project managers to be innovative in utilizing different project management tools and processes to adapt to a variety of environment and challenges. With the advancement of technology for communications, the project management processes continuously improved throughout the years making it even possible to plan, execute, and monitor projects without personal interaction.
