Today, project management has been organic in many companies, allowing project managers to be innovative in utilizing different project management tools and processes to adapt to a variety of environment and challenges. With the advancement of technology for communications, the project management processes continuously improved throughout the years making it even possible to plan, execute, and monitor projects without personal interaction.
