Users may choose their place within the shared office freely or reserve a space on a short or long term basis. It is a space where individuals and other organizations can work together beyond a traditional work environment encouraging innovation and creative learning. The iLearn shared workspace, therefore, includes various functions for smooth communication such as having a high-speed internet connection, a small conference room for presentations, and a common office space with the regular office facilities.

Is it easy to move to Ilearn Shared Space location?
Yes! If the Permanent Desk of your choice is available, simply fill out our application form, pay the
security deposit, and submit all documentary requirements. The Management will then provide you a
certificate to Move-in and a contract for lease.
How much money do I need to reserve an office?
Ilearn Shared Spaces requires a deposit equal to a month and a security deposit equivalent to 1 month.
All must be paid in cash or via check addressed to Ilearn Professional Solutions Inc.
Can I register guests for my workspace?
At this time, we do not offer the option to have guests in our open area workspaces. If you would like to
have a guest work with you for the day, you are welcome to book The Meeting room.
Can I use the Office address as the address of my business?
The use of Office address as your address for future mailing requirements will be subject to the approval of the management where the additional fee will be consigned.
